Typically with Kalypso’s releases, the PC version releases first with the console versions to follow some months after. While the news about the release date is great, it is the fact that the console and PC versions will be releasing simultaneously that has me most excited. That changed today as Kalypso has finally unveiled that Port Royale 4 will be releasing on September 25, 2020, across PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. At that time the game still hadn’t received a release date but simply had a Q3 2020 window. It wasn’t that long ago that I was given a preview of the upcoming game from Kalypso Media and Gaming Minds Studio, Port Royale 4.
